Just came across an *outstanding* food site for Brevard County, these folks are beyond comprehensive, I've never even heard of like 1/2 of the places on this list. Really ace on mentioning all of the Carribbean places, and it confirms my hunch that the West Indian population in Brevard is mostly in Palm Bay. Two noteworthy exclusions: Bella's which is in downtown Melbourne, on Waverly, maybe? Right around there, for Melbourne Italian, it's top notch, there's also an excellent Italian place in on Palm Bay road, north of Babcock, can't remember the name for the life of me though. Also worth mentioning is Da Kine Diego's, which looks like a little shack, but has a vegetarian burrito (I believe it's vegan as well) that avoids both a failed authenticity, and bad hippie organic-ness. They also show movies there on weeknights, and it's built on a tiny, decrepit mini-golf place. But, yeah, kudos to the writers of that site, excellent job!
